Douglas William Krum, Jr. (born April 27, 1977), who goes by the stage name Playdough, is an American Christian hip hop and urban gospel musician. He's released seven studio albums, during his career, while he released one extended play and two mixtapes.
==Early life==
Playdough was born Douglas William Krum, Jr., on April 27, 1977 in Toledo, Ohio, to father Douglas William Krum, Sr. and his mother, Lynn Marie Krum (née ''Edelstein''), who has two younger sisters, Dianne and Debbi. He got found, while he was in the group, Ill Harmonics, where they were in a movie, getting the attention of Uprok Records, as a teenager, growing up in Dallas, Texas. This got his music recording career underway.
